At FIT:30, we believe you have to know where you are at, to know where you are going. For this reason, all clients start with an initial performance assessment (vital statistics, body composition, functional movement and baseline strength tests) in order to determine the direction and path most suitable for your individual goals and fitness needs. Furthermore, these initial results will provide us the means to define clear, measurable and repeatable metrics to prove your performance is improving and your goals are being met.
